KY IS ON A MISSION…

to make the world a better place for her daughter Frankie and the 7 billion people that live on the planet. Organic plant-based food is the fastest way to reverse climate change and ensure that there is a planet left for the next generation.

Frankie’s, a woman owned business, supports equality and the empowerment of all people. Ky hopes to encourage entrepreneurship by offering franchise opportunities and support to women, mothers and those often shut out from opportunity.

Ky is the author of “Chocolate Everyday” (2018, Penguin/Random house Books) and her passion for plant-based, nutrient dense eating is palpable; she is an inspiration to all who meet her.

MAX CRESPO – PARTNER, OPERATIONS

A true disruptor of the mobile food business in NYC, Max Crespo is the founder of Neapolitan Express and MOVE systems. Through Neapolitan Express, Max designed and brought to life the world’s first eco-friendly food truck, powered exclusively by renewable natural gas. Neapolitan operates 5 trucks throughout New York as well as several brick-and-mortar locations.

Max provides key operational support and guidance for Frankie’s Flatbreads, lending dozens of years of experience in the NYC hospitality industry.

HELEN BENHAM- PARTNER, MARKETING

A 30 year veteran of the publishing industry, entrepreneur, and founding investor of Balthazar Restaurant in NYC, Helen brings extensive marketing and strategy expertise to the Frankie’s team.

REECE ROBINSON – SOCIAL MEDIA, MARKETING

Born and raised in NYC, Reece is a passionate photographer and videographer who has worked with some of the biggest names in vegan and plant-based. He managed the food truck all summer and is ready to hit it big with Frankie’s in his hometown.
